Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To protect your time and mine, sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance using the online booking system. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice — or missed appointments — may be non-refundable or counted as a used session (if part of a package). We understand that life happens, and one grace exception may be granted per client. Thank you for valuing this space and your own growth. All sessions are prepaid to reserve your time. By booking, you agree to this cancellation policy and understand that late changes may result in forfeited fees.
