5. Group & Coaching Confidentiality
If you participate in live coaching, including The Circle, we ask that you honour the privacy of others. What’s shared in the group stays in the group. Sessions may be recorded for internal training or review, but only with explicit consent. Recordings are never shared publicly.

This website uses basic cookies and Google Analytics to understand traffic and improve functionality. You can adjust cookie permissions in your browser.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all visitors, quiz participants, and enrolled clients of Beacon Hill Counselling & Coaching, including those engaging with the Secure to Love Again™ program and related offerings.
By accessing any part of our website, participating in a quiz or program, or purchasing a service, you agree to the following:
1. Program Access & Use
Upon registration, you’ll receive access to the program tier you selected, which may include:

Weekly video lessons (drip-released on a timed schedule)

Downloadable PDF tools and workbooks
-
Optional group coaching sessions (e.g. The Circle)

Optional 1:1 coaching add-ons (if purchased)
All content is for your personal, non-transferable use only. Please do not share, reproduce, or distribute materials without written consent.
2. Coaching vs. Therapy Disclaimer
Our programs and sessions are designed to be psychoeducational and coaching-based. They are not a substitute for licensed therapy, crisis care, or medical treatment.
If you are in acute distress, please seek support from a licensed mental health professional or crisis line in your region.
3. Emotional Safety & Group Participation
By joining any Beacon Hill group program, including The Secure to Love Again™ Circle, you agree to uphold the emotional safety of others by:

Refraining from judgment or unsolicited advice
We reserve the right to remove participants from group sessions if their behavior compromises the container. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We honour your decision-making process and offer a one-time refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than Week 2 of any course.
After this point, or once restricted content has been unlocked, all sales are final.
5. Payment Terms
You agree to complete all payments associated with the tier or plan you selected. This applies even if you choose not to finish the program.
We use secure third-party processors. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
6. Intellectual Property
All videos, PDFs, tools, and frameworks are the intellectual property of Krista Lachapelle and Beacon Hill Counselling & Coaching.
You are granted a personal license to use them in your healing process. Redistribution, reproduction, or repurposing is not permitted.
7. Group Coaching (e.g., The Circle)
Live group coaching sessions are held weekly during the program period and are priced as an optional add-on. These are non-refundable and available only to enrolled program participants.
Calls take place via Zoom. Replays are not guaranteed to respect group confidentiality.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms as needed. The most recent version will always be posted here and will govern future interactions.
